// WHAT THE CERTIFICATE COVERS
EN 9100 is the aerospace declination of ISO 9001. It adds what matters for equipment that flies: configuration management, control of suppliers, prevention of counterfeit parts, traceability of every unit. The certificate is renewed through third-party audits; the current one is downloadable above.

A commercial reference describes one precise configuration, down to the channel count and the cartridge options. What changes the way a product is ordered or operated is published as a product notice, dated, on the Support page.
Each delivered unit carries a serial number that links it to its configuration, its acceptance tests and its warranty. It is what makes in-service follow-up, repairs and calibration possible twenty years later.
Critical components come from evaluated suppliers. EN 9100 requires the prevention of counterfeit parts and the watch on obsolescence; both are handled at component selection, not discovered at repair time.
// HOW WE QUALIFY
A product is qualified when it has shown, in a test chamber and on a shaker, that it holds the environment printed on its datasheet. We apply DO-160 in its edition G, whatever edition a specification quotes, and MIL-STD-810 methods for the programmes that require them.
Each DO-160 qualification is summarised in the standard’s environmental qualification form: section by section, the category demonstrated is declared, and what was not demonstrated is written as such. No grey area for the airworthiness office.
Units are powered and recording throughout climatic, vibration and shock tests. A recorder that restarts has not passed; we know because the data is replayed after every run.
Radiated and conducted emissions and immunity are tested in our anechoic chamber to DO-160 sections 20 and 21 or MIL-STD-461; 28 V products are tested for MIL-STD-704 power quality, including transients and interruptions.
When a variant reuses a qualified product, the form, fit, function and qualification equivalence is the object of a signed statement of similarity, which also says what differs.

A qualification is only worth what you can check. This is what exists for each product, and how to obtain it.
These documents also describe our customers’ programmes. They are shared under confidentiality agreement, stripped of anything that belongs to another programme, and never quoted from one customer to another.
