- We do not use your data for unsolicited marketing without your prior agreement.
Recipients and processors
Your data is intended for ETEP’s teams and is processed by our sole sub-processor, our host AMEN (Agence des médias numériques), which hosts the website as well as our etep.com mailbox (delivery of emails and download links). We never sell or rent your data to third parties.
Hosting and transfers outside the EU
The website, the downloadable files and the mailbox are all hosted in France (European Union) by AMEN. Form data (contact and download) is delivered by email through our etep.com mailbox. Your data stays within the European Union and is not transferred outside the EU.

Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the relevant purposes:
- Form enquiries (download, contact): 3 years from our last contact;

Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data, and to withdraw your consent at any time.
