SUPPORT & DOCUMENTATION
Read a reference before you order it.
Paste a D.T.MUX Nano or D.T.MUX M recorder reference, or an SSD cartridge reference: the decoder explains it field by field and flags whatever does not match the coding. One missing letter changes the product delivered.
READING
The reference is carried into the message; we confirm the configuration and the lead time.
Type a reference, or pick an example. Upper or lower case, spaces, and the “D.T.MUX” or “DTMUX” spellings are all accepted.
// CODING
How the references are built.
The rules below are those of the current product sheets. The decoder does nothing but apply them.
D.T.MUX Nano and D.T.MUX M recorders
DT-MUX-NANO or DT-MUX-M, then one to three channel blocks (the type code followed by the channel count, R for a redundant 1553 bus), then the housing letter and the mounting letter. Each block takes one group; the maximum channel count depends on the group.

S | Standard housing |
L | Low-profile housing, channel group 1 only |
R | Housing for the crash-proof cartridge (CP option) |
D | DZUS cockpit mounting |
P | Fixing plate |
X | Customised mounting |
The low-profile housing (L) exists on the Nano only and accepts group 1 only. The R housing takes the crash-proof cartridge, whose reference must then carry the CP option. A channel count of 0 is the same as leaving the block out. Anything outside these tables remains possible on request.
SSD cartridges
SSD, the capacity, then the options in this order, each present by its code or absent (0 or left out), then the family suffix. Since 2022 an absent field means an absent option: SSD-32-DE-QE-N reads 32 GB, encrypted, quick erase, no physical destruction.
| Field | Codes | Reading |
|---|---|---|
| Capacity | 32 · 64 · 128 · 256 · 512 · 1TB · 2TB · 4TB · 8TB · 16TB | In gigabytes, or in terabytes with TB. The capacities offered depend on the family. |
| Self-encrypting drive, AES 256-bit | DE · 0 | The code makes the option present; 0, or leaving the field out, makes it absent. |
| Quick erase | QE · 0 | The code makes the option present; 0, or leaving the field out, makes it absent. |
| Physical destruction | PD / DP · 0 | The code makes the option present; 0, or leaving the field out, makes it absent. |
| Crash-proof housing | CP · 0 | The code makes the option present; 0, or leaving the field out, makes it absent. |
| Suffix | N D.T.MUX Nano · NX D.T.MUX NanoX · M D.T.MUX M | The recorder family that takes the cartridge. On NanoX sheets, physical destruction is written DP. |
SSD-CONF-N, -NX or -M is the small configuration cartridge, not a recording medium. References written before 2022 (SD-SSD32-N, SSD-32-QEPD) cannot be read reliably: send us the reference engraved on the cartridge.
Unsure about a reference?
Send it as written on your order or engraved on the cartridge. An engineer reads it with you.
