D.T.MUX Advanced Remote Control
A DZUS cockpit-mounted control head that puts live recorder status and full system control at the operator's fingertips.
An accessory for D.T.MUX recorders that displays live status and gives full control of the system. DZUS-cockpit mounted, it features a 2.4″ LCD (NVIS-compatible option), tri-colour LED, control buttons and an SD-card slot up to 512 GB for parameter recording.
The Advanced Remote Control is the crew-facing interface for a D.T.MUX recorder installation. Mounted in a standard DZUS cockpit rail per MIL-STD-MS25212, it links to the recorder or acquisition system over Ethernet — either directly or through a D.T.MUX NetSwitch — via a MIL-STD-38999 circular connector, keeping the operator in the loop without opening the equipment bay.
Beyond monitoring, the unit acts as a local data-mirroring point: an onboard SD-card slot accepting cards up to 512 GB captures recorded parameters alongside the main recorder. A high-resolution 2.4-inch LCD, tri-colour status LED and a six-button menu interface (MENU, SELECT and VALID among them) give clear control — down to starting and stopping recording or formatting the disk — while an optional NVIS-compatible backlight suits night-vision cockpit environments.
