D.T.MUX M
A cockpit-mounted mission recorder that captures Ultra HD 4K video, audio and avionics buses onto a removable SSD cartridge scalable from 64 GB to 16 TB.
A multi-role/mission airborne data recorder with a removable SSD cartridge from 64 GB to 16 TB (≈2 kg). Records Ultra HD 4K 60 fps or Full HD video/audio (H.264/H.265) alongside avionics buses (MIL-STD-1553, ARINC 429/717/573, PCM, CAN, Gigabit Ethernet, RS-232/422) and conditioned analog inputs, and serves files (FTP, NFS, SMB). Qualified MIL-STD-810/704/461 and DO-160.
The D.T.MUX M is a lightweight (about 2 kg / 4.4 lbs) multi-role mission data acquisition and recording unit designed to sit in the cockpit and consolidate a wide range of on-board signals onto a single removable memory cartridge. It simultaneously records H.264/H.265 compressed video and audio channels in Ultra HD 4K at up to 60 fps, Full HD 1080p or 720p/i alongside the main avionics data buses and conditioned analog inputs.
Its flexible design lets the unit be tailored to each aircraft-specific configuration. Recorded data is written in D.T.MUX format or IRIG-106 Chapter 10, and the removable SSD cartridge gives ground crews quick access for mission downloading, pilot training, debriefing, reconnaissance, surveillance and damage-assessment operations.

Secure recording and file serving
The D.T.MUX M records to a removable solid-state cartridge and can act as a network file server, exposing recorded files over FTP, TFTP, NFS and SMB/CIFS for rapid ground download. For sensitive missions it offers data encryption together with quick-erase and auto-destruction of the memory cells, protecting captured intelligence if the platform is compromised. Data can be written in native D.T.MUX format or as IRIG-106 Chapter 10 for interoperability.
Qualified to MIL-STD-810G & DO-160
Tested to MIL-STD-810G and DO-160 with MIL-STD-461 Rev F EMC and MIL-STD-704F power quality: the recorder operates from -40 °C to +71 °C (storage -55 °C to +95 °C), up to 60,000 ft with 420 kPa/min decompression, and withstands 6.29 g RMS vibration (5 Hz-2 kHz), 60 g / 11 ms shock and 24 g linear acceleration — with a computed MTBF above 50,000 hours. Powered from 28 Vdc (16-36 Vdc) at 25-50 W with 85-100 ms interruption immunity, the 204.6 × 146 × 76 mm unit (≈2 kg) installs on ARINC 404 or cockpit DZUS mounts via MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors, with no preventive maintenance in service.
