D.T.MUX Nano
An ultra-compact 1 kg airborne mission recorder that captures avionics buses, analog, audio and up to 4K video simultaneously onto a removable, encryptable SSD.
A powerful miniature airborne data recorder (1 kg) with a quick-access removable SSD from 64 GB to 2 TB, particularly suited to surveillance and reconnaissance missions. Records avionics buses plus video/audio concurrently, with military-grade encryption, erasure and physical destruction.
The D.T.MUX Nano is a standalone airborne data-logging unit built around a quick-access removable solid-state disk, letting crews retrieve recorded parameters at the exploitation centre without opening the recorder. Its flexible input architecture combines avionics data buses, analog signals with signal conditioning, audio and multi-channel video in a single reduced-volume enclosure, and each unit can be built to a customer-specific configuration.
Offered in three form factors (standard, low-profile and crash-proof cartridge version) and mounted via DZUS or a fixed plate, it is aimed at mission use aboard fixed-wing aircraft, helicopters and UAVs for surveillance, reconnaissance, pilot training, mission debriefing and damage assessment.

Secure removable storage
Mission data is written to a quick-access removable SSD sized from 64 GB to 2 TB, so recorded parameters can be pulled and analysed at the exploitation centre without disturbing the installed unit. The recorder supports military-grade encryption, secure erasure and physical destruction of the media — plus an optional crash-proof (CP) cartridge — protecting sensitive mission data in the field.
Qualified to MIL-STD-810G
Tested to MIL-STD-810G with MIL-STD-461 Rev F EMC and MIL-STD-704F power quality: the passively-cooled unit operates from -40 °C to +71 °C (storage -55 °C to +95 °C), up to 60,000 ft with 420 kPa/min decompression, and withstands 6.29 g RMS vibration (5 Hz-2 kHz), 60 g / 11 ms shock and 20 g linear acceleration. Powered from 28 Vdc (16-36 Vdc) at 12-25 W with 60-100 ms interruption immunity, the 141 × 111.4 × 68 mm unit (60 mm low-profile, 80 mm crash-proof; ≈1 kg) uses MIL-DTL-38999 Series III connectors, with a computed MTBF above 50,000 hours.
